A Dedicated Studio for Your Success

Are you looking to gain access to professional tools at an affordable price? Our studio is 500 square feet and is best utilized for indoor strobe or continuous light photography. Videographers can also make use of the studio for video capture and voice overs. Located in Keizer at the Baker Plaza Building inside Lewis Media Group, it comes equipped with electronic studio strobes at NO ADDITIONAL cost.

Studio Rental Rates

  • Day Rate: $525
  • Hourly Rate: $75/hr (2 hr min)

A 50% is deposit is required to hold the date and will be applied to the balance.

Deposit is refundable if cancellation occurs at least 72 hours in advance.

The remaining balance is due and payable on the day of rental.

General Rules

  • No smoking in the building
  • No moving furniture and decorations
  • No smoke machines allowed
  • Any glitter or liquid use must be approved and there will be a cleaning fee applied.
  • Any music must be played no louder than 70 decibels.

For blocks of 2, 4, or 8 hours, schedule below. For any other time block, please give us a call Greg at 541.905.1259.

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 72 hours in advance of your time slot. Clients will be charged a $75 studio fee for rescheduling within 72 hours of their appointment.

Let us know if there are no available appointments on the dates you need.

Photography/Video Use Includes:

  • Free Orientation to space and equipment.
  • Bogen Background System – multiple colors of 9-foot wide paper rolls.
  • Black drapes and some hand-painted backdrops available.
  • 3-Point Lighting System: Lighting includes a studio strobe system with various modifiers and in addition there is an LED Constant Light System with modifiers.

Sound Booth Use Includes:

  • Sound booth for one person.
  • Zoom H6 Binaural Recorder
  • Use of Laptop to transfer files to USB
  • USB’s available on-site for $5 or bring your own.

How long does it take to set up?

This depends on your needs and specific project but can range from twenty minutes to an hour.

Can I tour the studio before booking?

A visit to the Lewis Media Group offices and production space is encouraged if you would like to see what’s available in more detail.

Orientation:  For new renters, we have an individual orientation prior to your first session. The orientation is free with payment for your first session.

Do I bring my own camera?

Yes, please bring your own camera. iPhone cameras can be used with studio lighting as well.

How much does it cost?

We have established rental rates starting at $115 an hour with a minimum 2-hour rental.

Your total rental cost will depend on the scope of your project and if you require additional assistance and instruction from our in-house Studio Director.

Do you offer discounts?

On an individual need-based basis, we may decide to provide a discount for students or non-profits.

What are the studio hours?

Monday through Friday 9:00 Am to 5:00PM.

Is the studio accessible for individuals with mobility challenges?

Yes. Public parking, accessible sidewalks and entrance doors and the space is all ground floor level.

Are food and drinks allowed in the studio?

Except for food photography sessions no food or drink is allowed in the camera room. Other spaces are available for food and drink consumption in our office suite.
